Return Eligibility

At HALEN, we stand behind the quality of our products.

If your HALEN Compact arrives defective or damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be used under normal conditions and the issue must be related to a manufacturing defect or product malfunction.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • The product is no longer wanted

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use of the product

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Please make sure to review the product information carefully before placing your order.


Return Process

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team within 60 days of delivery.

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if possible)

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
